These are the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the GraphiExp LLC website(s) and our local storefront services.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED BELOW, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THIS WEBSITE.


1. CUSTOMER CONTENT

All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials supplied by the customer (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Recognizing the global nature of the internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You also agree not to use our services to send, upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that:

  1. Contains child pornography or any material that is indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, or vile.
  2. Includes threats to kidnap or injure a person, damage personal property or reputation, falsely accuse someone of a crime, inform someone that a law has been broken, or constitutes blackmail.
  3. Advocates or urges treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any U.S. law.
  4. Contains defamatory remarks directed at any person or company.
  5. Infringes on the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of GraphiExp LLC or any third party.

GraphiExp LLC does not control the content uploaded by customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. Under no circumstances will GraphiExp LLC be liable for any content you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

Products and services are provided for personal use only. You agree not to use them for any unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation. You are responsible for protecting your password and for all activity under your account.


2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GraphiExp LLC, its licensors, suppliers, vendors, officers, directors, employees, or agents are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of this site or the failure to provide services, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits—even if GraphiExp LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from viruses, delays, service interruptions, or mistakes. You agree that GraphiExp LLC is not liable for damages resulting from inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content.
GraphiExp LLC reserves the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.


3. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and defend GraphiExp LLC, its licensors, and their officers and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  1. Your breach of these Terms of Use, or
  2. Any suit, claim, or demand related to materials (text, images, graphics, etc.) you incorporated into your ordered products.

4. TURNAROUND TIMES, HOLIDAYS & WEATHER CONDITIONS

  • Standard turnaround time is 10–15 business days for print jobs (e.g., business cards, brochures, menus, flyers) under 10,000 units.
  • Larger orders (e.g., over 20,000 units) may require more time.
  • During the holiday season, turnaround times may be extended by 3–5 additional business days due to increased demand.
  • Weather conditions may also delay production or installation schedules.
  • Complex or custom projects (e.g., car wraps, storefront signs, uniforms, screen printing, web design) may exceed standard turnaround times depending on scope and quantity.

5. PAYMENT POLICY

  • A 50% deposit (or full payment) is required before starting any project, as outlined in your contract.
  • Online and phone orders via credit card must be paid in full.
  • We accept major credit cards and checks (by phone or in person).
  • Cash payments must be made in person to an authorized GraphiExp LLC agent.
  • If paying by check, production will begin after the check clears.

a) PAYMENT INFORMATION

GraphiExp LLC does not store or process any credit card information on our servers. All payment processing is handled by Authorize.net, PayPal or Stripe.
We only store job-related information such as docket number, quantity, paper type, finishing details, files, and shipping information.


6. REFUNDS, ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Custom items are non-refundable.
  • You may request to change or cancel your order before production begins. If the order has not yet entered pre-production, no change or cancellation fees will apply.
  • If your order is in the pre-production setup phase, cancellation/change fees may apply.
  • If production has started, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Shipment may still be stopped or redirected, but the full order amount will be charged.

7. COLOR MATCHING & DIGITAL PROOFS

  • All files must be submitted in CMYK format at a minimum of 300 DPI.
  • GraphiExp LLC is not responsible for color shifts caused by RGB to CMYK conversion or for fuzzy/pixelated prints due to low-resolution files.
  • Once artwork is approved, GraphiExp LLC is not responsible for misprints, typos, or layout issues.
  • Colors may vary between screen and final product. We offer physical proofs for layout and positioning but not for exact color matching.

For exact color matching, consider a custom or PMS color run—note that this will incur additional costs.

a) ORDER APPROVAL

You are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all final proofs and layouts before production. GraphiExp LLC is not liable for errors including, but not limited to: typos, grammar, graphics, bleeds, font issues, overprinting, or improper file setup.


8. SIGNAGE PROJECTS

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full 3–4 days prior to installation.
  • A proof will be shown before installation.
  • If payment is not received on time, installation may be delayed or rescheduled.
  • We offer a 90-day repair guarantee for installation issues, excluding weather-related or intentional damages.
  • Damage from storms or other natural causes is not covered under our warranty.

9. CITY PERMIT (for Signs, Storefronts, Awnings, etc.)

  • Exterior signs typically require a permit; interior signs usually do not.
  • If replacing a sign face or updating a logo at the same location, a permit may not be needed.
  • We can assist with the permit application for an additional fee, but the customer is responsible for all final permit costs.
  • Permit approval timelines vary—from same-day issuance to over a month—depending on your city or county.
  • If a variance is required, approval may take longer and incur additional fees.

Important: GraphiExp LLC will not begin manufacturing your sign without a valid permit or a copy of one.

After permit approval, production timelines vary based on materials, complexity, and usage. Some projects can be completed in 48 hours; others may take several weeks. Our team will work to meet your deadlines to the best of our ability.

10. Use of Images and Visual Content

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the client grants GraphiExp LLC permission to photograph and/or record videos of the completed products or services, and to use such materials for promotional, advertising, and portfolio purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, publication on social media, websites, printed materials, online advertising, or commercial presentations. GraphiExp LLC agrees not to disclose any personal or sensitive client information without prior written consent and to use all media solely in the context of promoting its services.

If the client wishes to restrict the use of certain images or materials, they must notify GraphiExp LLC in writing prior to or at the time of final project delivery.
The signing of any agreement, order, or written approval will be considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
