These are the Terms and Conditions governing
your use of the GraphiExp LLC website(s) and our local storefront services.

All information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, or other materials supplied by the customer (“Content”) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content, you agree to not use the Service to send, upload, post or otherwise transmit any Content that contains (i) child pornography or anything indecent, obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy or vile; (ii) a threat to kidnap or injure a person, a threat to injure the personal property or reputation of another person, a threat to accuse any person of a crime, a threat to inform another that a person has violated any law of Canada or the United States, or a threat of blackmail; (iii) any matter advocating or urging treason, insurrection, or forcible resistance to any law the United States; (iv) any defamatory remarks directed at any other person or company; or (v) any content that infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of GraphiExp LLC or any third party. GraphiExp LLC does not control the Content uploaded by Customers and does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of the Content. Under no circumstances will GraphiExp LLC be liable to you in any way for any Content you may be exposed to that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable. Products and services are provided for your personal use only. You agree to abide by these terms of service and not to use these products and services or related messages for any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or any other form of solicitation. You agree that you are responsible for protecting your password and controlling access to your registered account. You agree that you will be responsible for all orders placed or other actions that are taken through your registered account with us.

    In no event shall GraphiExp LLC or its licensors, suppliers, or vendors, their officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind, or for any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not GraphiExp LLC has been advised of the possibility of the damage, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the site or of failure to provide services that you order from GraphiExp LLC or its affiliates, including without limitation, damages arising from the mistake, omission, virus, delay, or interruption of service. In no event shall GraphiExp LLC be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising from or related to your inappropriate or unauthorized use of the site or its content. GraphiExp LLC reserves the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.
    You agree that you shall indemnify and defend GraphiExp LLC and all parties from whom GraphiExp LLC has licensed portions of Content, and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses arising out of or related to (i) your breach of these Terms of Use or (ii) any suit, claim, or demand arising from or relating to any text, photograph, image, graphic or other material you incorporated into Products.

Turnaround time is 10 to 15 business days (For printing as business cards, brochures, menu, flyers, etc… under 10’000 quantity) Please allow more turnaround time for large orders and quantity over 20’000
Please be advised that during the holiday season, our standard printing turnaround time will be extended by an additional (3-5) business days due to an increase in volume. Also, a weather condition may exceed turnaround times or sign installations’ work schedule.

Some projects like custom signs, car wrap or truck lettering, storefront signs, awnings, screen printing, uniforms, web design, brochures, menus, calendars, all kind of printing, etc…, may take longer than average turnaround times due to their complexity, quality, and quantity.

A 50% or the total of your order required before start working on your project through a contract. NOTE: Online or by Phone payments through our website using a credit card have to be pay in full.
We accept major credit cards and checks by phone or in person.
Cash (only in person by an authorized GraphiExp LLC agent).
NOTE: If you pay with a personal or business check, we’ll start working on your order as soon as your check is accepted by the bank.

GraphiExp LLC does not record, keep, or hold any credit card information on our servers, Authorize.net and Paypal are responsible for that. GraphiExp LLC only records and hold information on jobs ordered: docket number, qty, paper type finishing, file, and shipping info.

Custom items may not be returned for a refund.

We will use reasonable efforts, upon your request, to change or cancel your order prior to production. If the order has not yet started the production process, no additional change or cancellation fees will be applied. If your order is changed, the setup fees may vary from the original quote depending on your requirements.

If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be cancellation or change charges that apply. If your order is changed, the setup fees may vary from the original quote depending on your requirements.

If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. We can, if you wish, prevent shipment or redirect it. You will be charged the full amount of the order for all orders canceled at this stage.

All artwork or designs and images must be provided in CMYK format. GraphiExp LLC is not responsible for any color shift that occurs in conversions from RGB or spot colors to CMYK color modes. All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in a minimum of 300 DPI and CMYK color mode. GraphiExp LLC is not responsible for images printed as fuzzy, distorted, or pixilated due to the customer provided artwork.
After you approve the final artwork, we’ll not be responsible for misprint errors. You’ll need to review your proof carefully for typos. The final product may be different from the proof in color or material. The proof is only an estimate of how will look your final product.

Viewing your file on your computer with an RGB monitor or in a printing copy is NOT proofing your job. Colors may shift drastically from your monitor to your printed job. We offer proofs under the category of “Proof”. Proofs are offered for the position and placement of your design elements and are not 100% color accurate because of the difference in equipment between the proofing machines and the printing presses. We cannot make exact color matches. If you need an exact color match you may consider requesting a custom run or PMS color run for your job, understanding that this will cost significantly more.

The customer is fully responsible for final proof and layout approval prior to the printing or production process. GraphiExp LLC is NOT LIABLE for errors in a final product caused by any of the following reasons: Language and grammar, graphics, bleeds, damaged fonts, overprinting, form fields, files not built to the template, or page order.

The remaining balance has to be pay in full 3 to 4 days prior to any sign installation work and GraphiExp LLC.

if for some reason the customer refuses to pay the remaining balance prior to the installation day, that may delay or reschedule the installation.

We guarantee our work for 90 days in repair if not any intentional damage after the installation. But if any bad weather condition turndown or damage your sign, GraphiExp LLC will not responsible for these damages and is not under our guarantee policy.

(Signs, StoreFront, Awning, etc…)
Exterior signs require a sign permit. Interior signs normally do not. If you are upgrading to a new logo or simply updating your outdated sign face for your existing business and keeping your old location, you will likely not need a permit. Your local city or county building and planning department can answer this question with a phone call or a visit to their website. In sometimes the customer hasn’t the necessary time to do that, we can fill out the city application(s) for a reasonable additional fee, but the customer is responsible to pay the final City Permit Fee.
Your Sign Permit can be ready the same day or up to one month or more, depending on the City Approval and this can delay your sign project. If you already have a sign permit, GraphiExp LLC will need a copy of your permit before do any sign installation.

Some cities issue permits “over the counter” meaning that if you submit an application that conforms to the sign code you will get your permit immediately. Other cities can take up to one month to issue a permit. If you are asking for permission to deviate from the sign code you can expect a variance request to take considerably longer than a conforming permit request. A variance request will cost more than a typical sign permit application submittal and is usually only issued when ‘hardship’ can be proved. The time it takes to get a permit is an important step in the process because GraphiExp LLC will not begin manufacturing your sign until we have a permit or copy of your sign permit.
After city permit approval the length of time it takes to make a sign can vary depending on the materials, usage, and complexity. Our representative strives to meet your expectations on deadlines and turnaround time. While some projects may be ready in 48 hours, other projects make take longer to complete in a month or more.
